i have one minor problem that has to be easy to fix! if i leave my laptop for about 20mins the screen goes all black. the fans are still running and there is still power but no matter what key i press or how much i mov the mouse i cannot get it to dissapear. i have to press the power button to put it into hibernation and then press it again and im in windows again but this is starting to annoy me and would like to know how to fix it! running win xp sp2. its a hp pavillion zd7348ea. fresh install of all sofware including drivers and windows!

Perhaps you need to adjust the Power Options properties.
Assuming Windows, access this from the Control Panel.
Here you can select what actions to be performed etc.

The second and sometimes more effective way is accessing
    Power options is via BIOS.

Right click on your desktop, choose properites, then click on the screensaver tab/.
At the bottom of the page will be a 'Power' button. Clicking this opens the power properties. You can then choose the length of time your laptop waits before turning off the monitor, hard disks and going into standby.
