Hey, I reckin a thread where we can be kept up to date with movie news is a good idea so here's the first piece of news:

Storyboards are available.

There hasn't been any new news in a while and these storyboards are nearly a year old so it's not hugely interesting but hopefully there'll be some more news soon.

They're filming in Australia apparently to cut down on production costs:

Question No 6 - How come you're filming in Australia?

We can't afford to shoot the movie in the UK and get the same production values that we will be able to get in Oz.

Yeah thats why its taken for so long but i read somewhere, i think it was on the official site, that shooting was starting this month sometime, but i cant find it now.

Having said that he also said "by early August I expect to be deep into pre-production in Australia."

He said that last June...

Good news though the script is completely finished and contracts have been signed.

Its been ages (years actually) since i heard about the film, i honestly gave up all hope of it ever being made.
