Time to show your ire. Vote for the most over-rated movie of 2004. A crowded selection here... seems we're often not impressed...

Day After Tomorrow - Anything Roland Emmerich directed turns me off tbh.

'Fahrenheit 9/11' gets my vote... 'Bowling For Columbine' was brillant but didn't enjoy Fahrenheit at all

Day after tomorrow over-rated? Didn't hear that many people saying it was great in the first place.

Didn't hear much good about Troy, and in fairness it was crud. F9/11 wasn't as bad, but was definitely hyped more. I've gone for Troy, as I felt it had absolutely nothing to offer.

Torn between Troy and F 9/11 - gave it to Troy. I could easily watch the first half of F 9/11 again.

Adam and Paul - that movie about the two junkies. Was a load of arse.
Also, special mention goes to the 'fat slags' movie for being the worst movie ever. And I do mean EVER.

dont think adam and paul was rated let alone overrated :D
was a pity it was such a low budget film.
could have a been a lot different if it was roddy doyle for e.g

A lot of the Irish papers were hyping it up coming to release, which is always a kiss of death in my opinion.
Dunno if Roddy would have made it any better, it was just too cliched. I've worked in a drug rehab clinic before and heroin addicts don't really act like those lads did.

    Troy.

Don't think DAT was rated amazingly highly to begin with, and it certainly had its moments.

Lost in Translation was sooooooooo overhyped .. what a let down .. pretentious drivel when compared to something like eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.
