Putting stops in album wraps

Hey i downloaded a live recording off win mx and its a wrap (its one continous mp3 rather than having stops in between the songs). Now does anyone know what program i could use to put stops in???? Cos there is actually only one song i like!

I don't know of anything free but there's some good shareware about if you google for it. Cost like $20 to register it. Can split huge mp3s if you need to, into timed sections or just edit out the crap you don't want. Then rename the files individually.
For simple snipping of single tracks (to get rid of a voiceover or something) you can use freeware called mp3scissors.

mp3DirectCut (software) and cuesheetheaven (website) should sort you out.
