Jayce & The Wheeled Warriors on Newstalk

    Ok, i am quite tired but not on crack. honest.

    This morning at about 7.15 (yeah I have to get up for work), Newstalk 106 woke me up but instead of a leather faced chat show host using Latin inappropriately, I heard evil cackling and intergalactic battle sounds. This went on for about 5 minutes until some dialogue kicked in and it was Jayce & The Wheeled Warriors!!

    As soon as I realised what it was, it cut back to an ad break and Newstalk was restored. I doubt they had any valid reason to play a clip from the show and since it cut out mid sentence did Newstalk just have a really bizarre mix up on the sound desk?

    Please tell me someone else heard this!

    Ok I AM on crack.

    My alarm went off this morning just after 7am with Newstalk preset as the station the come on and I certainly didn't hear any such thing!!!

    By any chance do think that there's an even remote possibility that you were dreaming? :rolleyes:

    Eh no. :rolleyes:

    Despite me being in work again today in a Fight-Clubesque daze, I do know the differerence between dreams and reality......you big crazy pink, chocolate covered, fluffy man you!

    Seriously though, i was up and at 'em getting ready by the time it finished, went on for nearly 5 minutes.

    Think its possible my digibox in another room managed to interfere with my radio? unlikely i would have thought. Gonna send them a mail and check tv listings to reclaim my sanity.

    I'm all for the Pong btw!
