Ntl radio channels missing Galway

    Since Mid December BBC Radio 1, Virgin Radio and Sky Radio has gone from the analogue Ntl in Galway. The Signal is the on 95.2 (Radio 1), 99.2 (Sky) and 99.8 (Virgin) but just a silence. As usual Ntl said the problem would be sorted straight away but here we are 2-3weeks later and still a silence.

    Takes me back 5 years ago when the whole street lost the whole service on the 2nd week december and they came out to fix it in the new year. We refused to pay the bill for December and they threatend court action!

    Luckily I have Satellite to back me up for the radio, But it is only in the living room!

    Sounds about typical, for 2 years they said BBC 5 live could'nt be relayed to Waterford for some nonsense tech reason...then it reappeared.

    The cable service in Cork used have Sky Radio (from Holland) too (on 98.7FM ), but it disappeared years ago - I think it disappeared when Sky Radio discontinued their Analogue feed on Astra in favour of digital!
