Can anyone reccommend a very good graphics card? for video editing, gaming etc.

yea Quadro is brilliant for video editing, and still very fast for games! I missed my Quadro2 even tho that wouldn't be anywhere near as fast as the cards out these days but it was a hell of a vid card back then!

I have a Quattro FX 1000 at work. To check my email and the like. Seems a bit of a waste...

If money is no problem then try the 6800 ultra or X800XT both are pure powerhouses.

If your on a budget then Maybe the 6600GT or X700XT, both will run any Game at the Min (even FarCry) and probably will run any game for the next year or 2.

Could wait for the prices drop in jan with the new x800xl and the x850xt comin in. Might even get a x850xt pe................. (475euro in Komplett~unconfirmed

whens ati new thing coming ..that xpress thing that uses the system memory as well..

cant remember much about it im just hoping they come out so i can get an x850xt pe or something a bit cheaper
