    Hey guys,

Recently started back to the gym after a while out and i'm getting nothing but muscle twitches these days!

You know when your sitting there not moving watching tv or something and next thing a muscle in your leg or your arm or even your face or that starts twitching, really annoying!

Just wondering what causes them and any quick way of stopping them?

I could get a few now and maybe none for a week or two then, just bugs ya when your trying to study or concentrate.

    Farlz

I get that too from time to time - frightened the **** out of me the first time it happened but apparently it's nothing to be worried about, something to do with stray electrical pulses in the body ??!! Just a walk up the stairs and back down and it stops for me.

The same thing has been happening to me for the last two days. Normally my left tricep twitches. A stretch solves the problem for me.

Found the following info which may be worth a read.

Good link there logistic, i had about 3 nights there recently where my left bicep kept twitching, really annoying when trying to sleep!

Must get some of those multivitamin tablets now, can't be having deficiencies!
