    does it's battery suffer from memory capacity *syndrom* ?

    when it's new, do you have to fully discharge and then recharge it first or just start using it normally?

    AFAIK it is best to fully charge and discharge any rechargeable batteries the first few times. I do know it is recommended to recharge when it is 80% wasted from then on. irivers use a lithium polymer battery.
