I want to send 300 euro to a person in nyc,what is the cheapest way of doing this and it can't involve credit/debit cards for i don't have any, i have a bank account tho with bank of ireland. western union
paypal
wire money from my account to the other persons account using theirbank routing number, account number, bank name & address

any other options to investigate?
