Must See Movies at Xmas?

I just wondered do any of you have movies that you feel obligated to watch at Christmas or feel that it wouldn't be Christmas without? There are obvious examples of movies that we're FORCED to watch each Christmas like Wizard of Oz or Willy Wonka *shudders* but do any of you aim to watch specific movies during the holiday season?

For me i guess it's the Muppet Christmas Carol. We've always watched it so it feels like tradition and also National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

How about the rest of you?

i still love indie films - temple of doom still lasts the test of time. however, may have been replaced by titanic these days. wasted 3 hours of my precious life on that waste of space from j. cameron.

Touching the void - true story but dont let that put you off.
Spirited Away - its a cartoon but it rocks.

I agree, Touching the Void is a must see. I bought it on dvd and every time I show it to someone they complain about me making them watch a documentary but afterward they can't believe what they have been missing out on.

Ultimate Xmas Films for me are: The Dirty Dozen and Where Eagles Dare, I dunno why but I just love watching these films at christmas, I refuse to buy them because it just wouldn't be the same.
