[Request] cheap electric showers

    i thought i'd put this here instead of DIY

    i'm looking for a good quality but ok priced electric shower...ours has died

    any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    the last thing you want to do is buy a cheap electric shower. does the words water and electricity mean anything. no sooner had i stepped out of a shower in a house i used to rent there was a massive bang and lots of smoke. do yourself a favour and buy a reputable brand and pay properly for it. :)

    It may be best to go for the same again - cos if you go for a different one and its a different size/shape, then you have to re-tile = more hassle/expense.
    As regards quality, if the reason for your existing one giving up was because of hard water, then your better off going for a cheap and nasty one cos the same things going to happen again unless you get a water softener.
