    Can i use these for my flight to America tomorrow, or are they only for UK/European flights?

    Not totally sure, but I very much doubt you'd be able to use it go go to America.
    You've got two options:
    a) phone them early tomorrow and find out for sure.
    b) turn up on time and go to check in as normal.

    AFAIK it does not apply for US flights as you will have to get your Visa Waiver (if you are not a US Citizen) and Customs and Excise declaration forms on check in.
    However, you can check in probably more quickly at the handbaggage check in desk, which has short queues and also as there are no Bags to check in you will get through a lot more quickly.
    While it may sound odd, I have done it on a few occasions, as I usually travel out with Handbaggage only and buy clothes over there.

    EDIT - I have just checked the website, and although it does not say you can't use the Fastpass when flying to the US, it certainly was the case that you could not when I went about 2 months ago.
