    A quick Google reveals...
    ALBW
This is an acronym for Album Wrap. Simply put, it is an archive of several mp3s combined into one manageable file. This format has been appearing more often on file-sharing networks as people are looking for complete albums rather than individual tracks.
What you need to do is seperate the original MP3's from the ALBW file.
You can try "m3aExtract" you can download off the main site (scroll down main page)
If it is a valid ALBW file then it should split it into the MP3 original parts.

If that does not work you may need to split them with an MP3 cutter and set each part manually to cut but that is a bit tedious.
