Just wondering what your plans are...any big parties?

My family is throwing a party for the family and all of our friends at our Family restaurant...should be fun :)

So what plans do you have?

not too sure yet. it could be anything from hiring a house in clifden and gettin down, nightclub in galway city, mantra in castlebar/coastal beats or just chillin at home with a warm fire, brandy in one hand and missus in the other

A house party of some sort. I don't want to pay into a club.

I would like to be in a country where New Year's Eve means something. Somewhere where people celebrate and let off fireworks, and gather in some central square and sing songs and get drunk together.
I like the idea of New Year's Eve more than Christmas, simply because there is no stupid present buying, and last minute shopping panic.
Having said that I am probably going to end up in someone's house, or in my own.
