The Ministry of Fitness are currently running one of the best offers I've seen on Whey:

As for the original poster first step to see your abs is stop drinking milk. If you're having two or three shakes a day mixed with milk it's not going to help you in leaning out.

Secondly get a proper diet together. 5 to 6 small, protein rich meals a day. Something along the lines of a 50/30/20 or the more popular 40/40/20 protein, carb, fat ratio will help greatly in cutting.

What's your cardio routine like? If you're not especially heavy then 30 to 45 mins 3 times a week will do. Maybe do two 30 min sessions and one HIIT session of 15 to 20 mins.

Then all you need do is hope you have the genetics.

Spot on again Logic i totally agree.
You will not see a 6 pack until you get your body fat to AT LEAST 8-10%.
Most people who 'want' one do not do enough cardio e.g. jogging, cycling etc so get on with the sweat and burn those calories!! Oh along with doing the weights also

When i go to the gym i do at least 5K on the treadmill and about 10K on the bike then weights but the belly remains.
I have a similar enough problem to the goose. my upper body is fine, getting nicely toned bit the belly stays. Ive started watching what i eat and exercise pretty regularly, at least 2-3 times a week. Any ideas?

2-3 times a week is not alot really. I would recommend doing cardio at least 5 times a week. If your still not shifting the belly (measure it regularly) you need to cut your calories further (or increase your activity)

5 times a week?!! Where am i suppose to get time for that. Most magazines and such say that 2-3 is plenty and i agree. I need time to recover as im new enough to cardio stuff (only really this year). Wasnt fit as a child

Go to bed a half hour early, and get up a half hour early and go for a run. ;)

Alot of the magazines are selling you 'products' (i.e the magazine itself) as opposed to good sound fitness concepts.

Of course. Start off slowly and build up. Your body can handle a half hour run/cycle every single day. It was meant to be used! Good luck with the workouts!

5 times a weeks for cardio is perfectly doable. If you want results, you have to put in the effort. When I was losing weight, I did 5 days a week, and steadily got results. Its hard work, but worth it.

Also check your technique for crunches. You can do 100 a day (incorrectly), and it will have no effect on your abs.
