Hi, I would be grateful if anyone could help me - the alarm clock on my Nokia 3510i is not working. I set the alarm for 6.45 this morning and woke up at 7.30 because the alarm had not gone off even though it was set and the little "bell" symbol was on in the corner. It didn't go off the day before as well but I just assumed I'd been in such a catatonic state I hadn't heard it.
:( Has anyone else come across this problem? God, it's amazing how reliant you can become on mobile phones....

Have you tried actually testing it? Say, set alarm for two minutes from now and see if it goes off?

I turn my phone alarms off in my sleep now, 'tis not good.

Id say the problem is its set for pm or if its a 24 hour clock that should be the problem.
Just go to clock settings>And change to 12 hour and make sure its on the rite am/pm

Its a simple mistake and so annoying
    Hope this helps :D

Same thing happened to me months back. It came back to normal about 2 months later.
I never got around to getting it fixed. Instead I started using my calendar for reminders.

If it's still under warranty you should get it fixed.

If the phone is powered off each night:
Is the phone set to silent when you switch it off??
Is it supposed to alarm when you have it powered off?
Check the tone assigned to the alarm and the volume setting for it.

If the phone is on at night, check its set to loud.

I do this to, except for me to do this I have to cross the room, and usually enter the pin number if I have turned it off over night (nearly everynight). Then once I have turned it on, I simply climb back into bed and say to myself - "Right, I'll get up in 5 minutes". Had a couple of late mornings for work and college over the last few weeks.

Thanks for the replies. Will go investigate later on, and am using the "reminders" at the moment.....ie 7.30 - get up. 7.40 GET UP NOW. 7.50 ah stay in bed so see if I care :D
