    i hope somebody can help, i want to find out who owns a vodafone mobile number. all measures already tried ( guards ) have proved fruitless, maybe somebody who is or knows somebody in vodafone or something? i ask because this mobile numbers owner is causing great grief over a long period without letting up. i dont think im allowed put the number up here so if anyone can help, please email me at howsitgoin78@hotmail.com. thanks!

    report any kind of abuse to Vodafone, it might not be a Vodafone subscriber but Vodafone should be able to tell ya that. Get the number barred from ringing u. Good luck!

    thanks but vodafone say they cant tell me anything. an ex gf of mine getting messages (lies) about me, so guards not co-operating. dont want to bar the number, i want to find the owner!

    The only way to do this is to get the Guards involved. You will need to file a complant and the will then request Vodafone/o2/meter for details of the complant. Once you do this, you may never find out who it is, it will be left up to the Guard to have a quiet word. No one in any of the operators can give you his name or any other details.

    One sneaky way you can get a hit is ring directly into the users voicemail box.

    For example, if the number is 087 1234567 ring 087 51234567 and you will get the voicemail, they may or may not have left a voice on it, may give you their name or atleast you might recognise their voice.
