Prop sent off against Munster gets....

....2 weeks. I think this is totally unfair. Christ if he gets two weeks for a few handbags then half the ****ing players in that game (especially that coward Castre fullback, Peter "begbie" stringer and Ronan "I'm tough, no, really I am" O'Gara) should get the same punishment.

In my mind the prop is getting victimised, at worst he should have got a yellow card ....anyway here's the ERC statment from their website:
    ERC statement regarding Alessio Galasso.
Alessio Galasso, the Castres Olympique prop sent off in the Heineken Cup Pool 4 match against Munster at Thomond Park today (Saturday, 11 December), has been suspended for two weeks.

Galasso was sent off by English referee Roy Maybank in the 67th minute for punching. He was suspended for two weeks following a Disciplinary Hearing conducted by Match Commissioner Ciaran Callan

Yeah I really feel for them. Bunch of wánkers. At least we wont see any more of them this season.

The physio came on near the end when one of their players was rolling around the ground saying he was gouged by Horan. As he left the pitch he sprayed the crowd on the sideline with his water bottle and as he walked past us in the terrace behind the goals he gave the whole crowd the finger.

Having said that the ref and his two touch judges were very poor and should have been a lot stricter. They should have known there was bad blood coming into this game and expected a lot of niggle.

    I don't disagree...
That's the sort of stuff that should be reported....physio should be reprimanded/fined or given a ban from going on the field. As for that lying cheat claiming he was gouged....he should be cited! Munster or whoever should have some balls and cite that fuck. It's totally unfair on Horan, especially after that other wanker dishonestly cited him for racial abuse

But nothing is going to happen and the castre prop get a bull**** punishment while loads of other players (and officials) should get equal or tougher sentences.....just stinks of scapegoating to me....

I dont think they will win away to Ospreys. Like almost all French teams they just can not travel and Ospreys will be well up for it against them.

Did you see Hooke's article on the quality of refs.....i've agreed with this thinking ever since the celtic league started and the irish teams have unbelievebly ****e scots reffing matches when we play welsh teams.....

Who do reckon will get out of the groups....and what will the seeding be like. I'm reckoning Leinster will lose to Bath but will still qualify for the knockouts by beating treviso at home....just worried about not getting a home 1/4final

I thought the whole Munster game was a free for all punch up.
That white haired git,i would have pucked him if he didnt stop bitchin.
The ref and lines man were away with the birds. The Castres out-half punched stringer around the place and nothing.Although the prop came from about 20ft and charged a player for nothing
ROG and Fitzpatrick was a real head scratcher
And i thought the lines man was a comedy act
    mmmmmmmmmmm reds penalty
for what,i mean he had to think about it?

Although anybody watch the Leinster match, where the ref go at half time. It was the same guy that reffed the Castres V Munster match in France.
    He was shocking,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,again.

Whitehouse did the Leinster game. He must have styed in France for the week since the Munster game. Castres and Bourgoin probably looked after him for the week. ;)

Hes pretty poor but not as bad as that Maybank on Saturday.

Man i would love to make it but alas i cannot (f*ck)
I really dunno about the 4tries Ospreys looked on fire Against Quins they really did and Hensin my Jesus a 28 point haul think it was  Including two very sweet tries

I can only presume the ref was injured on Friday night. I didnt hear an explanation on Sky.

As for the Ospreys I wouldnt read too much into the win at the weekend. Quins are very poor and have obviously given up the ghost on their HC campaign. They put up a good fight in TP in what was Munsters first competitive game of the season for a lot of the players but I would expect a comfortable win in London. Ospreys will be a tough game in TP but again Munster should have too much for them. They should be looking for the bonus point in both games.
