Fabulous Breads at Spar

If anyone is planning to go on Atkins in Jan, try these breads and you just might change your mind. I've only tried the roasted garlic kind so far, but I'm wary of even going to Spar these days because I buy these breads and finish off a loaf in one sitting and then wish I hadn't.
