    Best bet is probably The Cheese Company on Trinity Street Dublin 2. If the place still exists; I haven't been in Dublin in a while.

    Try Sheridans on South Anne Street. If they don't have it, they'll be able to order it easily enough. IIRC The (Big) Cheese Company closed a while back.
