i don't really know cause i haven't actually had my brows done there before, but Anne McDevitt's on wicklow street are meant to be very good for that kinda thing. probably a little bit pricier than elsewhere mind you....

There is a salon chain called L'Avenue (or something similiar). They have salons all over Dublin, and have quite a good reputation.
