new PC problem

Hello wonder if you can help a m8 pointed me here said you where a good group of people

anyway i got a brand new comp today it a pretty sweet rig but

it wont load windows up

i get to a black screen with white text saying

press <F8> for BBS POPUP

when i press DEL it says its entering SETUP .... and freezes

restart it and press F8 this time and Boot selection popup menu has been selected and that freezes to

i have no USB devices plugged in...

HELP

im here on my old computer with a tear in my eye cause i have this sweet rig sitting in front of me acting as a paperweight

back to the topic:

I would start by resetting mobo / upgrading firmware and
taking out parts one by one!

also is any os installed on it?

ah i was hoping i wouldnt have to do that there is XP pro on one of the HDD
but i dont know which one

where did you buy it from? it probably came with a warranty?

if it did just send it back, of course if you are not interested in learning to troubleshoot

dont think i have much of a warranty being over here and them over there

got it going looked like there was no power going into the GPU
all sorted now with good rig
amd 3500+
g-force 6800 GT
1 gig of ram
and all the bits and bobs that go with it
