    I placed an order with overclockers on Monday. I was hoping to get the order before Xmas but yet it still has not been posted.

    From what I can tell there is one item that was not in stock. (1-3 days)

    Todays friday and still no change. I've been trying to ring them since Wednesday but I've not been able to get them.

    Whats the point in having a recorded message telling me "All lines are busy, ring back later..."???? Crazy.

    I was thinking of cancelling the order and then reordering everything but the item thats out of stock?

    Anyway anyone have any ideas??

    email them they will reply within the day, 1-3 days is crap tho, could be ages

    email them - any time they don't have items in stock for me they don't hold my entire order - they ship out what they've got then the rest when they get it every time. Tell them you want to cancel the order for the item that isn't in stock if they won't ship until it arrives.

    "within the day" for me was a day and a half after I sent my mails. Also they'll only reply to one question, so try not to ask them too many things, or things that are too complicated, because you'll just get a reply back that says "yes" or "no".

    Don't trust the stock indicators on their site either.

    I would also advise to email them, they have very good feedback response to it.
    have never had any problems, but do remember that their suppliers will probably have shipping delays aswell, mail them and ask to send the rest and that piece later, or ask them to cancel that one specific part if you think you can get it somewhere else faster

    Thanks for the replies. I cancelled the order. Re-ordered from dabs.com and creative.ie and got 10% off too. I just can't afford to wait, so close to Xmas :D
