Bitorrent help please

Hi everybody, When using Bitorrent i never get over 5kb, i know the problem is that i have blocked ports on my router, i have a Netopia 3341 router from Eircom has anybody sorted this problem. By the way i am using the latest firmware. Thanks, TCP/IP
