Ok hope I explain this well. I have Esat BB (Zyxel Prestige 600 BB Modem).
I use a program sometimes called WWW Fileshare pro. Basically you specify the port number to listen to and then you set a directory to share and hit the start button. It will then tell you the IPs its listening to. This worked fine with my old ISDN cause it would come up with the ISDN IP but now i got broadband. So basically i would connect to my pc by entering the IP followed by the port it was listening to e.g. 213.202.xxx.xxx:7575

WWW Fileshare pro is listening to 192.168.1.33 which is the IP the modem DHCP gives me. But as you know thats not my IP on the net its 213.202.xxx.xxx. so how do i get requests to 213.202.xxx.xxx:7575 to goto 192.168.1.33:7575. I tried changing the NAT on the modem but no luck. The port is also enabled on my firewall.

I know it can be done I just dont know how!!!!. Im doing something stupid

It's called Network Address Translation(NAT). Your manual will probably be able to tell you how to re-route requests through your router to your machine.
    a.k.a. pinholing, port forwarding.
