Brandy butter or Brandy cream?

    It's all about the condiment and Mince pies typically require one of the above -which though?

    Butter all the way for me, just gorgeous. The texture is fab. Infact I'd probably (read have and will again) eat it from the tub with my finger.

    Has to be brandy butter without doubt. Last night, Tesco had one of those fridges at the end of the aisles full of different types of brandy CREAM!! Where's the good in that, I ask you? Butter rocks
