Is Paypal loading but not letting you login anyone? It's 19:50ish now and this is bugging me? It's either timing out or apologising with an error code. Argh!

Seem to be a few problems there alright. Just tried to pay for an e-bay win, but all I'm getting is a message telling me the service is unavailable.
