    Anyone have experience with this?

Bought some PC stuff from ocuk, and some dvd's from play at the same time, both were Euro 48(anywhere to europe meant to be 48 hours from collection)

The ocuk one is as follows:

    DateTimeLocationTracking Eventblank.gif
29-11-2004 21:51 International HubArrived at outward Office of Exchange
29-11-2004 18:07 Stoke DepotOn route to hub
29-11-2004 16:43 Stoke DepotCollected from customer

    And the play is:

    DateTimeLocationTracking Event
blank.gif01-12-2004 02:48 International HubLeft origin country
01-12-2004 01:34 International HubArrived at outward Office of Exchange
30-11-2004 22:34 International HubArrived at outward Office of Exchange
30-11-2004 19:06 London West DepotCollected from customer (Export item accepted into network)

As you can see, ocuk package hasnt even left the UK yet, and hasnt done anything for two days(but parcelfarce arent responding to queries).

Does their tracking work all the way, or do they hand over to a company in ireland and the tracking stops there?

How long does it usually take you to get your items?

From what I recall, you can only track to the UK border with ParcelForce

Any idea if the ocuk one is actually in GLS's hands then?

took them 3 days to pick the order(overclockers), then they send me a shipping confirmation on saturday but it isnt picked up until 5pm monday, been a nightmare so far with the,

heh, i've had ok experiences with GLS, ordering from Komplett. Had a much better experience with Nightline though.

The last time I got euro48 delivered by gls they had my parcel for over 3 days. They said that they had tried to deliver it which was bull****. I rand GLS on a number of occassions and told them that it was sent euro 48. When the parcel eventually arreived the euro48 sticker was ripped of it. I got on to the company in the uk and told them what happened and the put in a claim with parcelforce and I got my postage refunded to my credit card. Parcelforce have a guarantee with their Euro48 service.

GLS must be the worse logistics company around.
