IBB Statement: Limerick City

    I mailed IBB to ask if and when they're launching wirelss BB in Limerick City...

    Feb 2005 :eek: seems optimistic given what everybody else says about IBB in this forum...

    While we aren't currently live in Limerick City, Irish Broadband are delighted to have been awarded seven prime broadband licences which will make Broadband access possible in your area - this will be in from February 2005. We are currently commissioning a highsite in your area.

    Well in Dublin they say 2-3 weeks (which turns out to be 2-3 months), so going on that calculation, if they say to you 2-3 months, expect it in 2007/8. :D

    I wouldn't bother getting them to keep your details on file either, they'll just lose it.
