    I am going away in the new year and can save €120.00 using hotels.com
    has any one else used their site and was everything ok. I don't want to arrive and find that i don't have a room

    I've used hotels.com quite a bit and never had a problem with any bookings made through them

    yes have used them once this year and once last year no probs. I didn't like the fact I couldn't specify a twin room when booking though but the hotel at the other end sorted that out at check in.

    Same here. Used them on numerous occasions without problems.
