[REQUEST] DV Camcorder

    Looking for a lower-end model, just something that will record to dv tape, do firewire in / out. Thats about it.

    Any ideas? Been looking at the ones on ebay but no sure how decent they are.

    go to dealtime.co.uk type in the model your looking for and it'll give u a list of the cheapest places to buy them online and reveiws from people how have bought the same one

    Argus had a 20% off all camcorders the other day dont know if thats still on. there was a samsung v101 for €360 with a carrier bag and free tape. also dixons are selling the model up from it v102 for €350 or so its mini Dv. firewire and usb

    I think the Canon miniDV MV700i has DV in and is only 450 euros on Pixmania.

    Canon make nice DV camcorders. Bit big though.
    Well, actually very small compared to MiniVHS but still not as small as Panasonic's excellent range (I'm thinking GS55).
