AN Post ,and lithium Ion Battery?

Hi , Has anybody any idea if an Post allow postage of a device that has an un removeable lithium Ion Battery in it ( Vape)? Its in a new unused , unopened vape that I am returning to an online shop in the north. So the Battery would have zero charge in it. Hi ,

Has anybody any idea if an Post allow postage of a device that has an un removeable lithium Ion Battery in it ( Vape)?

Its in a new unused , unopened vape that I am returning to an online shop in the north. So the Battery would have zero charge in it.

I had issue sending phones in my local post office before as they had a battery. Not sure if they were being awkward or if those are the actual rules ,no batteries allowed in the post.
