Samsung Tumble Dryer error message

Hi folk,

Wondering if anyone here might have some advice for me please. I have this dryer (bought it Sept 2024) and have had no issues with it until now. I keep getting the clean heat exhanger message on the display.

I've had this before, done everything (wiped, hoovered, cleaned etc) the bottom patch (where the heat exchanger it) and the try inside the door that collects fluff also (clean this during and after each cycle). I've used a damp cloth to wipe around the heat exchanged, hoovered it, used a soft brush to loosen any fluff etc. There isn't a piece of fluff anywhere (at least that I can see) and yet this message comes up and will not go off. I click the circle to acknowledge the message but nada.

Would anyone have any tips, tricks, advice etc.

Haven't contacted Samsung yet, but will do if I can't get anywhere with it.
