    Caught that thunder here a while ago. That shower cave crib nowhere. I was out weather and a few showers booked up but it seems they really got going after 2:30 onwards. The shower that delivered thunder is streaming in off the sea and running inland now. It really did start as a small shower on my walk but I could see it over Lahinch interdicting but really wasn’t expecting lightening and torrential rain in time!

    Was looking out at a hailstone downpour and then saw fork lightning hit behind a forest just now followed by very loud thunder, another belt shortly after but seems to have just passed through. Wasn't expecting that. SE Tipp

    can see the anvils from here in Arklow but no action heard as yet

    Just a few drops too as a shower passed to the south
