    Hi all, due to personal reasons, I am hoping to leave my school in secondment next year. Please share any ideas, tips, experience. I am a German teacher and also hold an AP2 post (Diversity and Inclusion Officer) When is a good time to start looking? When should I tell my principal? I appreciate any and all help and advice.
