Landlords: looking for your insight (short research chat)

I'm working a project aimed at assisting healthcare staff who have to move around a lot with securing housing. To that end, I'd like to talk to landlords and find out more about the challenges you face when renting out your properties.

I am not selling anything and I'm not looking to make a profit. My goal is simply to understand the process from a landlord's perspective and explore ways to make life easier for both sides. I am very aware of how sensitive the housing situation is and I want this project to help reduce pressure, not add to it.

If you’d be open to answering a few quick questions, please drop me a DM. Any insights or experiences you can share would be incredibly helpful.

    Thank you!

Tenants not paying rent very expensive to get moved out.If the system worked more fairly that when the contract terms are broken tenant can be evicted easier landlords would be more willing to rent to tenants who had less than perfect references. The risk is to high other wise.

You are running the wrong way. There will be no more private Landlords. All property is moving in the direction of REITs Charities, housing comittees and local government.

REITs have had their day, only one of any substance left in the market.
