Watery Mouth in Bull

I have a two year old charlaois bull with a watery mouth with a year, when chewing his cud there is alot of water dripping and a water stain under mouth. I've treated him for timber tongue, acidosis, ulcers and nothing has eliminated it, given him multiple injections and powders. Bull is thriving well and in good form. It's quite noticeable now at the moment with the wet grass especially. Any suggestions what could I do? I will be selling him for breeding.

Do you have any calves from him yet? If this issue is hereditary, you could be giving yourself a bad name by selling him for breeding.

No calves from him. I am thinking it could be genetic. Ya I don't want to go selling him and buyer comes back to me

I'd say fatten him. He'll make good money hanging up.

Would he have some nerve damage from a hard calving or had listeriosis at some point.

TTry feeding him hay an see if it makes any difference

Calved normal and never had listeriosis

Yes and he couldn't say what it was as he didn't know. Tried him on stomach powder and treated sore in mouth. I treated him for timber tongue too during the summer
