That's quite a good ad and topical too with the increase in pricing across all ranges of items. Although I adore Christmas, I also realise that it can be a financial burden on many families sadly.

I find it hilarious because as soon as it turned 00:00 November 1st then ads started showing although it’s not that far off really where into November already, feels like last Christmas was only 3 months ago

WIth what Oasis achieved this year i wouldn't be suprised if its 'Wonderwall' or 'Live Forever'

the first few were great but then they became too big. I can’t even recall seeing last years one.

Used to love the John Lewis adverts, and look forward to them each year. Now I'm not really fussed. The last few have been too contrived- I think they have been a victim of their own success.

So over John lewis now, 2 or 3 good ones almost a decade ago, couple of decent ones since but plenty of duds too.

Be surprised if they capture the lighting in a bottle from the journey and bear and hare heyday.
