I have this one since the storm last winter, 50,000mha, bigger than what you requested but its excellent, has two usb c and two usb a ports, it supports fast charging and it has a built-in led light.

Bought this one in July and find it really excellent. Also have a similar 10,000mAh version (https://www.amazon.ie/dp/B0DFLG4D56?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3&th=1) which is much lighter & more portable (324g v 185g). Depends on your requirements.
