    Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to gain weight for a while now but haven’t seen much progress, so I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Here’s a bit about my situation:

    • Current weight: 60 kg
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Current routine: I take 2–3 spoonfuls of a supplement daily, eat eggs regularly, and drink milk.

Despite this, my weight has remained the same, and I’m unsure what I might be missing in my diet or approach. I'm really curious to hear from anyone who has successfully gained healthy weight or has knowledge about proper nutrition for weight gain.

What foods, nutrients, or habits have worked for you?
Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
