I am a public servant, I was wondering if anyone has experience of a stage 4 grievance with the hse. I have not (its now over 3 months) had a reply to my stage 3 grievance, my union representative encouraged me to keep waiting. But then told me he was happy for me to proceed to stage 4, which would first be a meeting with hse industrial relations. This was 3 weeks ago and still I have heard nothing. Any advise welcome this grievance is now into its 7th month, I want it over.
