Community Garden Tullamore?

Hi,

just recently moved to Tullamore and there doesn't seem to be any allotments or community gardens around I've been on the Irish community garden website Map and and a lot of towns in Ireland have at least one community garden, except for Tullamore. It doesn't seem to be any allotments either. I have been on to the local Town Council, and they said they will investigate, see if they can find a place for me. Does anyone know if anyone is interested in joining me in setting up a community garden? Has anyone had any experience in dealing with the council and setting up a garden and dealing with things like insurance and local Neighbours who might be in the vicinity of said Garden.
