OM Olympus adapter for Canon eos 300D

Hi, I bought some old lenses from an online auction. They all seem to be for an Olympus camera. I have a Canon eos 300D. I know it's old, and the lenses seem old, but they look like they're in good condition and I'd love if I could get an adapter to try to use them on my canon camera. When I Google OM Olympus lens to canon adapter, a couple of options appear but very different, and I don't know which one to buy. I emailed two camera shops, they don't sell them. Does anyone know which I need, and has anyone used an adapter in this way before. I read an Amazon review, and I think someone said you can't adjust the lens/zoom in once the lens is attached? Surely not?

Also, the big sigma mirror telephoto 600mm came with them but I can't seem to remove the cover. I think it might be missing a red button to release it? If anyone has any advice, I'd be grateful, thanks.
