Any time I see info on new builds I'm way too late. Where do I keep an eye on this?

I'm looking for a house or apartment, either is fine.

Is there anything new for sale or being built close to civilization? (Not Kerry Pike for example)

In the city, there are apartments currently being sold in Blackrock and Castletreasure (the latter is being marketed as Douglas but if you don’t drive it may as well not be). There are more houses coming soon in Castletreasure and Maryborough

Outside the city, I think Glenveagh are selling houses in Midleton at the moment

There will be a few more phases. I think there are around 250 units total and so far they’ve only sold 90 in the first phase
