Anyone experiencing delays with postage to France?

    I sent some expensive records to a buyer in France on May 9th. I sent it tracked. To date the parcel has not arrived. I sent another record to the same buyer a few months ago and it took ages to arrive as well.

    I've tried tracking it but it just says it is being sent internationally and there's no further information.

    Anyone experienced this before? One month to get to France is ridiculous. I'll check in the post office but they probably won't have any more information and I don't want to put in a claim just yet in case it arrives any day now!

    Have you attempted to track the parcel on the French Postal service website?

    Try tracking the parcel on La Poste's website (the parcel tracking code anpost gave you, beginning with IE). Sometimes it'll return information on the latest status before anpost website has.

    Thanks. I've done that. It says it has been handed over to the carrier for forwarding. That was on the 10th May!
