Opener was a belter, Mr Iguana is my new favourite wrestler.

I foresee Mr Iguana being a star within wwe.

Someone who'll sell a lot of merch. Probably be liked with the kids. Likely have a Santino comedy spot at some point then.

He'll make a lot of money tho.

That far surpassed my expectations tbh.

Opening match was excellent and really showed off the personalities of AAA and how it differs. I would die for Mr. Iguana. Also loved how they set-up Dom vs Octagon Jr, felt really cool and spontaneous, a genuine surprise and a nice touch to have connectivity between the shows and get AAA involved in the main roster.

The tag match and 6 man were pretty solid. Pagano looked washed but Jesus that bump.

The North American title match was nuts, it was just relentless action, loved the finish too.

That main event was amazing, thank God El Grande Americano is in tonight's MITB match and not Chad Gable.

I agree Corey was pretty decent and he had his work cut out for him with Konan. Konan did a good job giving context and history but otherwise, he was an unpredictable menace constantly trying to tell stories like a grandpa. At a certain point I just couldn't stop laughing when he'd say… 'Can I just say one thing?' only to get cut-off before he finished cause it took him a year and a day to get to the point.

Women's match was solid, enjoyed the fact that being in WWE didn't stop the age old tradition of "beat the **** out of the gringas". Some of the dropkicks Lola vice took were nasty.

The legado six man followed the same formula as the first one, which didn't do pagano or aerostar any favours, the match should have been built around Wagner jr fighting from underneath with the other 2 hitting their spots. Disgusting bump by pagano.

NA 4 way was peak black and gold, non stop from the 3 flippy Bois and ego played his part well.

Main event was a hooper, Gable did everything he could to make vikingo look great, Vikingo put a lot of effort into his selling and nearly everything looked good but not dangerous.

Overall a solid solid show, Hopefully WWE don't just cherry pick the best talent and let AAA rot, but there were a few stand outs last night who I hope rotate in and out.

Mr Iguana is the best thing ever.

Show was exactly what I expected a WWE AAA show to be. Just totally soulless with some rewritten history thrown in for good measure. None of the matches were anything special, I do find it hilarious that Iguana is going to be the big breakout star of the buyout. Joe Hendry must be terrified that he's already been replaced and he doesn't have his contract yet. Vikingo Gable seemed to be worked at .25 pace and they didn't have great chemistry. A decent match. What wasn't decent was the Legado match, it was an absolute mess and it wasn't just Pagano either. For those not aware Psycho Clown is Super Porkys son, who people might remember from his brief run on Smackdown in the short lived Minis division.

Mr Iguana got a vignette played during RAW so he must have impressed the top brass. Maybe a run in NXT for him?

I found the whole show really good. First time ever watching AAA, obviously its watered down due to the WWE involvement but i thought it was really enjoyable. Offered something different that the main product. Chad Gable is a beast, he deserves to be pushed to the moon.

I will definitely watch Triplemania to see whats gonna happen next.

Agree on the chad gable comment. Bizarre they had him lose clean to AJ styles on raw just after the weekend he had.
