Samsung OLED TV issue

Hi guys. Purchased a Samsung S90D tv just before Christmas. Looked fine. Then in March I moved the tv around and the light from the window shone on it. I noticed it had these small multicoloured specs all over the screen. Some random and some in more of a straight line pattern. Particularly heavy all across the top of the screen. Samsung rep came to look at it and said it's physical damage. That's not possible as nothing has occurred which would damage the screen. I have washed it with the prescribed cleaners and even bought a specialist cleaner. Company i bought it from said it was fine when delivered, which i believe it was. Samsung rep saying it's not a Samsung issue and that it looks like friction?? Any thoughts? Before anyone says it's spit or similar, this is a 65 inch tv and these little marks are every where.
