AO 2025 - Graduate Opportunities (HR Stream)

Hi everyone,

I'm starting this thread for candidates in the Graduate Opportunities 2025 competition for Administrative Officer – particularly those in the HR stream.

I’ve recently received my Stage 1 results and was placed 43rd on the order of merit for the HR stream. I understand that only the top 20 will be invited to Stage 2 in the first round, but I’m curious to know:

• Do you think there’s a realistic chance of being called later on?
• Has anyone here been invited to Stage 2? If so, would you mind sharing what it involves or how you’re preparing?
