Hi guys so I am going to do Architectural Technology Level 7 at SETU Waterford Granary. I was wondering has anyone done this(or even the level 8 one) or knew someone who did it and what they thought of it and any advice you could give. I'm 20 years old and have been to college before, I did forestry in SETU last year but dropped out in October as I hated it! Also sorry if this isn't the right place for this haha

    Thanks

no experience myself, but try not rush back into another course, especially if you re still a bit unsure, our educational system is dreadfully designed in many ways, and i have seen one being, continually pressurising people towards further education, yes third level can and is extremely beneficial for career creation and growth, but its not all things to all, it can in fact be detrimental for some.

dont rush this decision, sometimes taking some time away from education, in some cases, for a number of years, can be far more beneficial, consider all of your options, including working in whatever is available to you, yes many of these jobs will be of poor quality, but you may learn a lot from such experiences, including considering, is further education even of interest to you. consider alternatives such as trades etc, consider everything, you re young, dont rush this, dont allow yourself to be rushed in this decision either, but also dont sit around and do nothing. you can always return to education later in life, ive studied with retired folks that left education in secondary, prior to leaving level.

best of luck with whatever you decide
